Electrolytes: the body synthesizes and balances all health and wellness product better when our electrolytes are in balance. This can be achieved by placing a pinch of gray sea salt under the tongue first thing in the morning and allowing it to dissolve or purchase electrolyte water, especially if you have issues with high sodium.
Stay hydrated: drink 4-5 ounces every 30 minutes throughout the day. Avoid chugging when possible.
